Held over a course of two weeks Agentforce Partner Summits was an event model meant to be replicated globally for sales kickoffs across the company internationally. My role was to coordinate and manage logistics and production aspects for the two events. While also assisting with any other logistical or administrative support that was required.
The Old Globe 2023 Gala
The Old Globe Theatre in San Diego, CA

Hosted in San Diego's premiere arts and cultural center, Balboa Park, and produced in collaboration with the 2023 Globe Gala committee. This annual event was held onsite at the Copley Center Plaza and featured a five piece roaming jazz band complete with a five course seated dinner, a seafood tower, champagne wall, and feather dancers turned fire dancers. Our team managed a managing a $400,000 budget for 400 attendees, netting $1.1 million in fundraising.
Groundstoberfest
At both its locations in San Diego and Chula Vista, Groundswell Brewing hosted its first annual Groundstoberfest; a multi-day event complete with steins, challenges, and padres games. This event encouraged customers to buy 20 oz steins they could bring back that weekend for refills at regular pint price. Additionally, those who purchased a stein had the opportunity to participate in a stein holding challenge, where the winner won a $50 giftcard. Groundswell released two new German styled fest beers for the occasion: Fest Von Larry and Marzen Von Bender. Along with the specialty beer release, the Chula Vista location featured eight other fest-styled beers on their guest taps. The Palate Kitchen featured a specialty german styled pizza topped with mustard, purple sauerkraut, potatoes, caramelized onions, and bratwurst. They also released pretzel bites onto the menu, and featured them at our San Diego location. A new Groundswell favorite.

Red, White, & Brews

One of Blaker Brewing's annual celebrations, has been rebranded from VIP Pass to a Red, White and Brews Festival. Blaker's Fourth of July celebration in collaboration with the Atwater City's Fourth of July Committee 2022 was marked one of the largest turnouts this party has seen with an estimated 4,000 people between the two locations. Blaker played host to 1,200 of those guests in providing the "Blaker Pass" which gave access to the Tarmac Taproom and Event Venue. Which happened to be the only space that sold alcohol at the event. Tarmac featured a variety of food options from pizza, to Japanese to tacos to BBQ. They also showcased Fourth of July themed cocktails, released two new craft brews to the taprooms, and generated another record breaking sales day bringing in over a $25,000 in drink and ticket sales. The night ended with the best fireworks show in the Central Valley, where our Tarmac's Event Venue had the best view right under the launch site.

Blaker Brewing's Summer Smash event is an annual music festival unlike any other in the Central Valley. Featuring over five artists throughout the day, good eats provided by local food trucks and catering partners, Blaker craft brews, high-quality wines, and for the first time to the public: Blaker signature cocktails. This free entry event was designed to gather the surrounding community in welcoming the Summer season with live music, games, and fantastic food and drink. Blaker's team coordinated the talent, alcoholic drink menus, food vendors, venue logistics, and the execution day of. The day was a huge success and broke attendance and taproom sales records.

Cultivate your Laughs
Stand-Up Comedy Series. Blaker Brewing.
Featuring talented comedians from all over California, Cultivate your Laughs is the Blaker Comedy Series where the jokes just keep coming. Presented at both tasting rooms in Ceres and Atwater, this show plays host to five different comics and runs just under an hour and a half. The comics love performing with Blaker, the staff loves to support these shows, and the crowd just laughs them up.
